Michigan Licensed Speech Pathology Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and quality assurance of speech and language services, the full-time Michigan Licensed Speech Pathology Director will oversee home-based therapy delivery, mentor clinical staff, and implement evidence-based practices in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
• Oversee speech and language evaluations, treatment planning, and service delivery in home-based environments
• Develop and standardize protocols and best practices for effective in-home service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP
• Demonstrated leadership experience (lead, supervisor, or program development)
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
