Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statistician, Vital Records & Health Data Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, manage, and update the Michigan Inpatient Database (MIDB)
• Conduct complex data linkages and analyses to enhance health statistics accuracy
• Implement statistical programs and provide training on statistical programming techniques

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 semester credits in statistics
• Three years of professional experience in data collection and interpretation for Statistician 12 position
• Four years of professional experience for Statistician Specialist 13 position, including two years at the P11 level
• Experience in statistical programming and health data analysis
• Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check
