Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Automotive Star Technical Exam Agent in the Detroit, MI area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, creating cases in Cherwell and providing diagnostic direction to dealer technicians
• Document all customer contacts and technical cases, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until resolution is achieved
• Provide technical support to internal groups and communicate product issues to relevant departments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred in relevant areas
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required
• Basic knowledge of diagnostics, repair tools, and dealer information software
