Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and diagnostic guidance to automotive dealerships through inbound calls and ticket management
• Document interactions and resolutions in the Cherwell system and follow up on existing cases until resolution
• Communicate product issues and resolutions to relevant departments and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Knowledge of diagnostics and repair tools and dealer information software
• Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) preferred
