Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Michigan Licensed Technical Support Specialist will handle technical diagnostics and remote troubleshooting for customer calls related to energy charging equipment while supporting customer care cases.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting using available tools
  • Create and update cases in Salesforce and coordinate logistics for parts ordering and returns
  • Lead technical escalations from service partners and advisors, and train other agents
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an electrician or in electrical components, with a preference for EV charging equipment repair/installation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Associate or trade degree in a related field or four years of electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license
