Job Summary

Michigan Licensed Telehealth Nurse, responsible for conducting remote patient assessments to determine individual needs for incontinence supplies in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical assessments by phone and documents clients' medical histories
• Completes 20-25 assessments daily with a focus on accuracy and product needs
• Participates in after-hours emergency call rotation and provides education on products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Registered Nursing License (RN) in the State of Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in using multiple databases simultaneously
• Understanding of insurance guidelines
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
