Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Michigan Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on delivering affirming mental health services while enjoying flexible scheduling and administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions for autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
- Manage a caseload of clients while receiving steady referrals and support from the organization
- Participate in regular peer consultations and specialized training to enhance professional development
Required qualifications:
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
