Michigan Licensed Transfer Management Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse in Transfer Management for 36 hours per week on afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates safe and efficient patient transfers, coordinating all aspects of the process
• Utilizes clinical expertise to prioritize transfers based on urgency and mode of transportation
• Evaluates and manages the flow of calls for patient acceptance and triage throughout the transfer center

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• 3-5 years of RN clinical experience required
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and manage multiple critical communications simultaneously
