Job Summary
Seeking a Michigan Licensed Transportation Adjuster, the full-time remote position will manage and resolve commercial transportation-related claims, including Bodily Injury (BI) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP), while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate complexity auto transportation claims
- Conduct independent coverage analysis and develop claim strategies
- Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers for effective claim resolution
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan claims adjusting license or reciprocal license (New York a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in auto transportation claims handling
- Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices
- Experience with BI and PIP claims preferred
- Proficiency with claims management systems and related technology
