Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Triage RN - Centralized Nurse Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to community callers or patients seeking healthcare-related information
• Triage caller's condition/needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care
• Communicate effectively with other care team members to ensure timely response to caller needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan
• BSN preferred and certification in the specialty area of practice encouraged
• Care management experience is preferred
• Experience in patient triage is preferred
• Ambulatory/clinic-based patient care experience is preferred
