Michigan Licensed Triage RN

Job Summary

Providing essential support to community callers, the PRN Call Center Triage RN will manage triage calls, apply clinical knowledge to assess patient needs, and direct them to appropriate care levels, all while working remotely in Michigan on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Triage caller conditions and provide protocol-driven guidance for healthcare needs
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure timely responses to caller inquiries
• Utilize clinical knowledge to influence positive healthcare outcomes for callers

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan
• BSN preferred and certification in the specialty area of practice encouraged
• Experience in care management and patient triage is preferred
• Ambulatory or clinic-based patient care experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical and computer software skills are required
