Joining the Estate Planning Practice Group, the full-time Michigan Licensed Trusts and Estates Attorney will assist clients with preparing estate planning documents, managing the estate settlement process, and preparing fiduciary accountings in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents and manage the estate settlement process
- Prepare fiduciary accountings and assemble estate planning forms
- Utilize document automation software and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word
Required qualifications
- Michigan law license with a focus on trusts and estates
- Prior experience in estate planning or related legal fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with document automation software, such as HotDocs
- Entry-level coding or scripting experience is a plus
