Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alcohol & Drug Counselor to provide support and guidance to individuals overcoming substance addictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly counseling through text, video calls, and phone calls to monitor members' recovery progress
  • Conduct initial assessments and onboarding for new members to gather behavioral health history
  • Collaborate with other departments and attend team meetings to enhance member experience and provide feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license in good standing recognized in Michigan or North Carolina (CADC, LCAS, CSAC)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
  • Proficient in Motivational Interviewing, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
  • Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
