Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIU PIP Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Enters SIU claim data information into multiple SIU systems
• Reviews investigations with fraud outcomes to validate whether denial is appropriate
• Updates files with investigation outcomes, returning files when no fraud or insufficient evidence is found

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience handling Michigan state PIP claims is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of PIP regulations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to less senior employees
