Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grassroots, labor, community, or electoral organizing
- Demonstrated success in coalition-building and partnership management
- Strong knowledge of Michigan's political landscape and progressive movement ecosystem
- Experience developing grassroots leadership and facilitating training or political education
- Ability to plan and execute complex organizing or campaign strategies
