Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of client programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Negotiate contracts, prepare business plans, budgets, and specifications
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project/program management experience, ideally in recycling
• Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Currently reside in the state of Michigan
