Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulation Officer 9-P11.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional audits, determinations, and investigations in UI-Tax & Employer Services
• Ensure compliance of employers with the Michigan Employment Security Act and Administrative Rules
• Promote employer education and compliance with Unemployment Insurance-Tax Services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possession of a bachelor's degree
• No specific experience required for Regulation Officer 9
• One year of experience for Regulation Officer 10 in a similar role
• Two years of experience for Regulation Officer P11, including one year at an intermediate level
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education at various levels, including military service experience
