Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled persons
• Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on improvement and treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
• Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
