Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administrator to manage and optimize their Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users in Teams, SharePoint, and the MS 365 environment
  • Collaborate with Help Desk and IT teams to address incidents and service requests
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions on M365 tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with additional experience substituting for education
  • Experience with Department of VA or U.S. Government contracting
  • Proficient in managing and troubleshooting SharePoint and Teams environments
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance in M365 and SharePoint environments
