Microsoft 365 Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MS 365 Applications Engineer to support Ancillary Microsoft 365 Applications in a large Federal enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7x365 Tier III operational support for Microsoft 365 ancillary applications within the G5 licensing suite
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ancillary Microsoft 365 services such as Power BI, Planner, and others
• Monitor service health and usage metrics, and recommend performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant IT experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications within enterprise environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in GCC or comparable secure cloud environments
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 G5 licensing suite and ancillary applications
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise SaaS application issues
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
