Job Summary

A company is looking for a Modern Work Architect to lead collaboration platform migrations to Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration engagements from discovery through cutover and stabilization
Design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 tenant solutions
Serve as the primary technical authority and guide delivery teams during migration projects

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
Proven experience with Google Workspace and Slack migrations to Microsoft 365
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Deep understanding of identity and access management, device management, and security considerations
Experience with migration tooling, automation, and PowerShell scripting
