Job Summary

A company is looking for a Modern Work Architect to lead collaboration platform migrations to Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration engagements from discovery through cutover and stabilization
• Design and implement secure and scalable Microsoft 365 tenant solutions
• Serve as the primary technical authority and communicate effectively with customer stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
• Proven experience in migrating Google Workspace and Slack to Microsoft 365
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Hands-on experience with migration tooling, automation, and PowerShell scripting
• Preferred Microsoft Certifications: M365 Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator Associate
