Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end engagement for mid-market and enterprise customers, the remote Modern Work Architect will architect and deliver AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations, ensuring secure and governed environments while guiding technical presales activities and proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI-ready M365 foundations through discovery, design, deployment, and adoption
- Design secure, governed M365 tenant identity and data governance to enable enterprise AI adoption
- Serve as the primary technical authority on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy for customer stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of M365 components including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Hands-on expertise in identity and access management, device management, and Microsoft 365 licensing
- Proven track record leading adoption programs encompassing governance, training, and change management
- Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders and configure it independently
