Job Summary
Seeking a Modern Work Architect to work remotely in the USA, who will architect and deliver AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations through end-to-end discovery, design, deployment, and adoption for mid-market and enterprise customers while contributing to technical presales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver secure, governed M365 environments ready for AI adoption
- Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor on M365 architecture for customer stakeholders
- Guide engineers and consultants while managing rollout sequencing, pilots, and change management
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of the full M365 tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, and Teams
- Hands-on expertise in identity and access management and device management
- Proven track record in leading adoption programs and change management
- Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders
