Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Microsoft 365/Azure Engineer, the successful candidate will manage complex multi-tenant migrations, design hybrid identity environments, and develop automation solutions while owning the technical strategy across client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Leading tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations, including identity, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Architecting hybrid identity environments and ensuring compliance with security standards
• Writing PowerShell scripts for automation to facilitate large-scale changes and creating documentation for repeatable practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with M365 multi-tenant migrations and identity management
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong skills in Azure architecture, including networking, identity, and security
• Experience with hybrid identity solutions such as Entra ID Connect and Conditional Access
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
