Microsoft 365/Azure Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Microsoft 365/Azure Engineer, the successful candidate will architect and execute complex multi-tenant migrations, design hybrid identity environments, and build automation to ensure operational efficiency across client environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations encompassing identity, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Architecting hybrid identity environments with expertise in Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, and modern authentication
• Writing PowerShell scripts and automation for safe, repeatable, and auditable large-scale changes

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with M365 multi-tenant migrations and identity management
• Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Strong Azure architecture experience, including networking, identity, security, and governance
• Proficiency in hybrid identity solutions like Entra ID Connect and Conditional Access
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills
