Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Business Analyst and Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with IT teams and vendors for data onboarding and offboarding within Microsoft 365 applications
Generate and analyze activity and usage metrics for Microsoft 365 applications
Monitor tenant health and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

BS/BA degree in a related discipline and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
Experience administering Microsoft AD and Entra ID support services
Proficiency in automation and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
