Microsoft 365 Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Business Analyst and Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams and vendors to support onboarding and offboarding of data within Microsoft 365 apps
• Generate, analyze, and report on activity and usage metrics for Microsoft 365 applications
• Monitor and maintain tenant health and performance of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
• Experience administering Microsoft AD and Entra ID support services
• Proficiency in automation and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
