Microsoft 365 Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams and vendors for data onboarding and offboarding in Microsoft 365 apps
• Generate, analyze, and report on activity and usage metrics for Microsoft 365 applications
• Monitor tenant health and performance while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Teams
• Experience administering Microsoft AD and Entra ID support services
• Proficiency in automation and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI
