Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the design and automation of Microsoft 365 platforms, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer will manage Intune and Microsoft Graph API, develop automation solutions, and oversee collaboration tools like SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless integration and user experience
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of provisioning, permission management, and reporting across the M365 environment
• Implement governance, security, and compliance controls while diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to the M365 collaboration stack

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a focus on automation and collaboration services
• Proven experience developing PowerShell-based automation in enterprise M365 environments
• Technical certifications such as MS-102, MS-301, or equivalent Microsoft 365 certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with content migration tools like ShareGate or AvePoint
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance frameworks
