Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer

Job Summary

To lead AI adoption and workforce enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot applications, develop training materials, and support enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and self-paced training sessions on Microsoft Copilot tools and applications
• Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and eLearning modules
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI-enabled technology inquiries and support the integration of Copilot into business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 3+ years' experience working with OpenAI GPT models and Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience designing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering techniques
• Certification PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) required by start date
