Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to support clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization projects
• Assess customer environments and design secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Implement and support services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a consulting or MSP role
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including security, compliance, and automation
• Experience implementing security and governance features aligned with the Microsoft Zero Trust Framework
• Strong understanding of identity and security controls in Microsoft Entra ID
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing models and tenant-level configurations
