Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Microsoft 365 Engineer will manage and enhance a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating with IT Operations to resolve complex issues, all within a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Teams
• Manage and optimize multi-tenant environments, focusing on identity synchronization and governance
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalated support using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 at a Global Administrator level
• Hands-on experience with core M365 services such as Exchange and Intune
• Experience managing multiple tenants in a multi-entity environment
