Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer, this remote position will lead implementations and migrations, design secure architectures, and manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with the Microsoft Zero Trust Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts
- Serve as the client-facing technical lead, translating technical details into understandable terms for clients
- Design and deploy secure, Zero Trust-aligned M365 architectures and services, including Exchange Online and Teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting or professional services with client-facing project delivery
- Strong expertise in M365 architecture, security, compliance, and automation, including Zero Trust controls
- Proficiency with Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Windows 365
- Experience with PowerShell and Power Automate for automation and SharePoint governance
- Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., SC-300, MS-102, MD-102)
