Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Microsoft 365 Engineer will provide day-to-day administration and support for Microsoft 365 GCC-High tenants, ensuring service stability, provisioning accuracy, and incident response while adhering to federal compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform user and license provisioning and de-provisioning within GCC High tenant boundaries, ensuring entitlement accuracy
- Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive while monitoring security and compliance signals
- Serve as a responder for Severity 2 and 3 service disruptions, driving incident resolution and coordinating escalation to Microsoft Government support
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Direct experience with GCC High, GCC, or DoD cloud tenants and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, ITAR, and DFARS 252.204-7012
- Practical experience with Conditional Access policy troubleshooting and multifactor authentication support
- PowerShell proficiency for M365 administration and reporting
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300, or equivalent demonstrated experience, preferred
