Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Engineer will be responsible for security hardening, administration, and automation of services like SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online, while participating in engineering initiatives and optimizing user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with existing systems and third-party tools to streamline workflows
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and compliance with industry standards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role with hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 tools
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Exchange Online
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years in a related field preferred
