Microsoft 365 Identity Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of administrators, the full-time Manager, Platform & Identity Administration will optimize and expand collaboration tools, identity and access management, and AI-powered productivity solutions in a remote environment, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID to enhance the enterprise digital workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services, ensuring reliable and secure operations across the organization
• Manages identity and access management processes, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations
• Drives digital workplace innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging Microsoft technologies and automation solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• 10+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with at least 7 years focused on Microsoft 365 services
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical staff
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) or similar certifications required
