Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist - Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery and process mapping sessions to document workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and implement them in Microsoft 365
• Coordinate rollout plans and support enterprise deployment, including training and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Proven experience leading client-facing workshops for requirements gathering
• Demonstrated ability to build and configure Power Apps and Power Automate flows
• Strong understanding of data modeling and security within M365/Dataverse
• Experience planning and coordinating user acceptance testing and production rollouts
