Microsoft 365 Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 & Azure Licensing Specialist (CSP/GCC High).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Microsoft licensing programs and advise sales teams and clients
• Research and maintain documentation related to Microsoft licensing and create internal knowledge resources
• Process license orders and renewals, provision licenses, and respond to client inquiries regarding licensing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with common Microsoft licensing programs (MOLP, MCA, EA, CSP, NCE, AOS-G, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing models, SKUs, and subscription types
• Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer support workflows
