Microsoft 365 Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 & Azure Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft licensing programs and guide sales and clients on licensing options
• Research and maintain internal licensing knowledge base and documentation
• Process license orders, renewals, and manage customer communication regarding licensing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft licensing programs (MOLP, MCA, EA, CSP, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing models and subscription types
• Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer support workflows
