Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Multi-Tenant Organization and Cross Tenant Migration Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers through the end-to-end cross-tenant migration lifecycle, including readiness assessment, planning, coexistence design, and post-migration support
• Facilitate technical workshops and strategy sessions to evaluate current tenant architecture and develop tailored coexistence models
• Provide architectural guidance on identity strategy, domain transfer planning, mail flow design, and hybrid/coexistence scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience required
• 7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on tenant migrations or multi-tenant organization architectures
• Strong understanding of identity, collaboration, and mail flow in Microsoft 365
• Experience conducting customer-facing workshops and guiding large-scale transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with cross-tenant coexistence planning and Teams migration scenarios
