Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 File Migration Specialist for a remote 6-12 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing file shares and business content to support effective migration planning
• Plan and execute migrations of on-premises network file shares and third-party cloud storage to Microsoft 365
• Provide post-migration support and document all migration activities using ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advanced technical support, systems administration, or technology consulting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint
• Experience using file migration tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool
• Proven ability to document technical work accurately in ITSM platforms
• Customer service mindset with experience supporting business users
