Key Responsibilities

Assist the Collaboration Systems team in detailing requirements and designing solutions in Microsoft 365
Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training while maintaining industry knowledge
Support migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365 and maintain effective working relationships

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship is required
Related Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4+ years of related experience
Experience with requirements gathering and M365 offerings
Related certifications may count towards years of experience
Technical experience may be considered in lieu of education
