Microsoft 365 Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 4+ training sessions daily on Microsoft platforms, primarily Microsoft Copilot, using demo tenants and PowerPoint decks
• Customize training content to align with client branding and needs while tracking training effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance training materials and support clients post-training

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple training sessions daily in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint Online
• Experience using Microsoft demo tenants and adapting PowerPoint decks for training
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to expand into training on additional Microsoft platforms as needed
