Microsoft Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, the full-time remote Microsoft Adoption & Change Manager will drive successful adoption of Microsoft solutions, gather business requirements, and develop change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness for transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop and execute change management strategies and communications plans
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training to clients, both virtually and in person

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Organizational Change Management
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Prosci certification or formal change management training preferred
