Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of Cloud Solution Provider customers, the full-time Microsoft Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, value realization, retention, and growth while collaborating with sales and delivery teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships post-sale, ensuring overall success and growth
- Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned to business outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities and facilitate quarterly business reviews with customers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or service delivery
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms, including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Experience managing CSP customers or cloud subscription-based environments
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth outcomes
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage competing priorities
