Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define Dynamics 365 solution requirements
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs, including customizations and integrations
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues in Dynamics 365

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred)
