Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

Job Summary

To support an enterprise implementation, the remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Architect will manage the full Dynamics platform, design scalable solutions leveraging Power Platform components, and lead technical delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, user setup, and lifecycle management
• Design enterprise solutions using Power Platform components and develop optimized business workflows
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for troubleshooting and performance issues while providing technical leadership to delivery teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM-focused)
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise application architectures
• Experience in developing workflows and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficient in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
