Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather and refine business requirements for field service and related scenarios
• Design and configure end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE Field Service solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and lead system testing and UAT activities

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including 3+ years in Field Service implementations
• Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle D365 CE Field Service projects
• Strong functional knowledge of work orders, service agreements, and resource scheduling
• Experience with Power Platform components to extend Field Service capabilities
• Solid understanding of core D365 CE concepts and security model
