Job Summary

To support clients in modernizing their operations, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of Business Central solutions, focusing on system configuration, customization, and operational process optimization in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored Business Central solutions
• Serve as a functional lead throughout the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet operational needs
• Deliver client training and provide post-implementation support to enhance user adoption and satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV)
• Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end BC implementations
• Strong functional expertise in manufacturing, distribution, and inventory management
• Business Central certifications preferred
• Experience with EDI integrations and Microsoft Power Platform
